S.S. Basmakci No. 1 (Rose), Agricultural Development Cooperative

S.S.Basmakçı 1 No'lu Tarımsal Kalkınma (Gül) Kooperatifi is Turkey's largest association of rose growers. The Cooperative has been founded in Afyonkarahisar in 1972 with the participation of 2,150 members and producers. Its cultivated land of roses more than 200 hectares. The production items of the Cooperative are ecological and conventional rose oil, plateau rose water and dried rose. Only natural raw materials are used in the farming being made at ecological production fields of the Cooperative. The ecological production of the Cooperative is audited and certified by an international organization.
